(1) Buyer payment timeout
After the buyer places an order, if the payment is not made within 20 days or the payment is not received, the order will be closed due to payment timeout.
(2) Buyer cancels the order
During the period when the buyer has successfully paid but the seller has not yet shipped the goods, the buyer can apply to cancel the order.
If the buyer applies to cancel the order, and the seller agrees to the buyer’s application after consultation with the buyer, the order will be closed and the payment will be fully refunded to the buyer; if the seller does not agree to cancel and has already shipped the goods, the order will continue; if the seller does not take any action until the delivery deadline has expired, the order will be closed and the payment will be fully refunded to the buyer; if the seller has only shipped part of the goods in the order and has not shipped all the goods after the delivery time has expired, the order will be closed and the payment will be fully refunded to the buyer.
(3) Seller delivery timeout
If the seller cannot deliver the goods on time from the time the buyer successfully pays to the time the goods are ready for delivery, the seller can negotiate with the buyer for the buyer to apply for an extension of the seller’s delivery time, and the seller must deliver the goods within the agreed period; if the seller cannot deliver all the goods within the delivery period, it is considered that the seller has exceeded the delivery time, the order is closed, and the payment is fully refunded to the buyer.
(4) Buyer confirmation timeout
After the seller declares that all goods have been delivered, the seller must communicate with the buyer in a timely manner to ensure that the buyer confirms receipt within the delivery time promised by the seller (if the delivery time promised by the seller is less than the default value of the AliExpress platform, the platform default time shall prevail); if the seller learns through communication that the buyer has indeed not received the goods, the seller can extend the buyer’s delivery time; if the buyer has not confirmed receipt and has not applied for a refund, it is considered that the buyer has exceeded the delivery time, and the order is deemed to be completed.
(5) Buyer applies for refund
After the seller declares that all goods have been shipped, if the promised delivery time is less than 5 days, the buyer can apply for a refund directly after the seller ships the goods; if the promised delivery time is not less than 5 days, the buyer needs to apply for a refund 5 days after the seller ships the goods.
