In addition, there are several situations where you need to pay a listing fee.
(1) Select the second category in the listing. The advantage of setting a third category is that when buyers search in any of the above categories, the seller’s products have the opportunity to be displayed on the search page, increasing the exposure of the product. However, not all categories are suitable for the second category. Sellers need to consider whether to set up a second category based on their own specific circumstances.
(2) Listing fees for multi-attribute products. For multi-attribute product listings, you only need to pay one listing fee for each listing.
(3) Listing fees for Good’Til Cancelled Listings (GTC Listings). GTC Listings will automatically cycle online every 30 days and charge a listing fee, unless the products in this listing are sold out, the seller closes the listing, or the listing violates certain eBay policies and is removed.
2. Transaction Fees
When the seller’s product is sold, eBay will charge a transaction fee. The platform will determine the fee based on the product’s price, listing format, category selected when listing, whether some upgrade features are selected for the listing, and the seller’s account performance.
3. Store Fees
For store sellers on the platform, the platform will charge a store fee every month until the seller cancels the use. Different store types have different monthly store subscription fees.
4. Feature Fees
If sellers use the upgraded features of the listing, the platform will charge additional fees.
