During the transportation of products in cross-border e-commerce transactions, there may be situations such as loss of goods, inability to query the shipping order number, product detention, and the goods received not being consistent with the description. Once such an abnormal situation occurs, the buyer may initiate a refund or return and exchange agreement application. If the buyer initiates such a dispute, the merchant actively negotiates with the buyer through the internal message, promptly responds to the buyer’s inquiries, tries to appease, and promptly contacts the freight company to solve logistics problems. The following will introduce the business English sentences commonly used by both parties in the return and refund negotiation process.
