Sellers can open the account backend, find the “Business Report” in the “Data Report” option, and enter the page to see the business report.
The business report consists of three parts: Sales Dashboard, Business Report classified by date or ASIN, and Amazon Selling Coach. The data in these reports can usually be retained for up to 2 years.
The sales chart consists of three parts: “Sales Overview”, “Compare Sales” and “Sales by Category”.
1. Sales Overview
The sales overview usually shows the seller’s sales on the day, and the data is updated approximately every hour. Specific data includes “Total Order Items”, “Unit Ordered”, “Net Sales” (Ordered Product Sales), “Avg. Units /Order Item” (Avg. Sales /Order Item) and “Avg. Sales /Order Item”.
2. Sales Comparison
Sales Comparison consists of intuitive graphical data and tabular data. It can compare sales data from different times and visually show the rise and fall of product sales and net sales. Sales Comparison has interactive functions, as follows.
(1) Sellers can use the three filters at the top of the page, “Date”, “Category” and “Delivery Channel”, to filter the results as needed.
(2) You can choose to view sales statistics in “Graphic View” (default option) or “List View”. Use the button in the upper right corner to select your preference.
(3) Select the time point to compare in the “Date” filter by checking the box under “Graphic View” or “List View”. For example, if the “Date” filter is set to “Today”, the “Compare” option will compare today’s sales with “Yesterday”, “Today last week” and “Today last year”.
3. Product category sales ranking
Product category sales ranking allows sellers to know which product categories are ranked in the top sales of the store in a specific time period, the number of products in each category, the net sales, the percentage of product quantity and the percentage of net sales.
