Analysis of EMS Advantages and Disadvantages
The advantages of EMS can be summarized as follows.
(1) Wide delivery range, mail is available all over the world, and can reach 210 destinations worldwide.
(2) Strong network, more than 2,000 self-operated outlets across the country, and can reach any area.
(3) No fuel and remote surcharges, regardless of volume, suitable for sending light and bulky goods.
(4) Strong customs clearance capabilities, with the right of priority customs clearance.
(5) The rate of cargo loss and damage has been maintained below 1%, and the security is relatively high.
Despite its outstanding advantages, EMS still has the following disadvantages.
(1) Lack of pricing flexibility, and lack of competitiveness in the face of price wars among private express delivery companies.
(2) The query website information is delayed and needs to be improved. Once a problem occurs, the query time is relatively long.
