What is a product rating?

Product ratings are not subject to any functional restrictions, but when the score is less than 4.5, sellers cannot use advanced reading functions. How to view statistics for products with comments?
In the “Seller Rating” toolbar on the homepage of the backend user center, sellers can use “Product” → “Rating” and “Price” → “Query Product Reviews”.
You can choose to query all types or products with reviews in each category.
The evaluation index is calculated based on the daily product card changes.

Product ratings include all reviews of historical products and are updated once a day. Therefore, the number of messages in product reviews may differ from the total number of messages in the product rating report. The data may change in the following cases:
The product has new reviews and ratings.
New products are added and reviewed and rated.
Some products are hidden or archived.
The review has been deleted by a buyer or moderator of OZON. OZON can delete a review if it violates the site standards, including:
Obscene words appear in the review.
The product description and the picture in the review do not match the product card.
Buyers leave good reviews and also give bad reviews.
How are product ratings calculated?
The calculated product indicators include:
Product cards with at least two reviews, no ratings and reviews, or only one rating are not included in the calculation.
Including all visible products, regardless of whether they are in the archive or the status is “hidden”, as long as they are displayed on the website, OZON will be included in the calculation scope of the website.
Product rating calculation method
Calculate the average of all ratings on visible products. If the rating is merged into one card, the platform will summarize the total review score and divide it by their number.
Calculate the ratings of all products with two or more reviews and sort out the product message results, except for the number of such cards.
If the product card is a review of other products, OZON will not consider the information about the product.
