Notes
- Currently, Thai websites do not support partial refund services. If the seller on other websites rejects the buyer’s return application, Shopee customer service can intervene to provide a refund.
- As for Shopee returns, they are similar in Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam and other places. After the seller agrees, if an order of more than $20 is returned, the seller must pay a return shipping fee of $8; no return service is provided for orders of less than $20.
- For cash on delivery orders, if the buyer does not receive the goods in time, orders with a price of more than 20 US dollars can be returned to the seller for free; orders with a price of less than 20 US dollars do not provide return service.
- The Malaysian site currently does not support SLS returns to mainland China. If there is a return order, the seller needs to negotiate with the buyer how to return the goods.
