This includes performance or policy violation warnings, as well as account blocking or suspension notifications.
2) Pre-delivery cancellation rate (Cancelain rate) <2.5%
The cancellation rate (CR) refers to the percentage of all orders canceled by sellers within a given 7 days to the total number of orders. CR only applies to orders shipped by sellers themselves.
This indicator includes all orders canceled by sellers, except for orders that buyers request to cancel using the order cancellation option in their Amazon account. Waiting orders canceled directly by buyers on Amazon are not included.
3) Late shipment rate < 4%
The late shipment rate (LSR) refers to the percentage of all orders confirmed for delivery within 10 days or 30 days after the expected delivery time to the total number of orders. LSR only applies to seller-matched orders.
It is very important to confirm the delivery of the order before the expected delivery date so that buyers can check the status of their delivery orders online. Delayed order confirmation delivery may lead to claims. Negative feedback and/or increased number of buyer contacts have a negative impact on the buyer experience.
According to the policy, sellers need to maintain an LSR below 4% before selling products on Amazon. An LSR exceeding 4% may result in account closure.
2. Summary and analysis of operational data
1) Analyze data
Data dimensions: product name, date, number of buyer visits, number of page views, number of ordered items, and order item quantity conversion rate.
2) Few buyer visits
Check whether it is placed in the correct category.
Turn on advertising to increase exposure (when the display volume exceeds 1,000, the data has relative reference significance. For general categories of products, automatic advertising exceeds 0.5%. Manual advertising keyword click-through rate exceeds 1%.
Adjust the title, main picture, price, etc.
3) Low order product conversion rate (product conversion rate 8%-30%)
Adjust the listing selling point description, price, picture, etc.
Do a good job of review maintenance.
