Sellers who choose FBA services do not need to consider any store situation handling during holidays. Sellers will worry that no one will operate the shipment during holidays, which will affect various indicators. The following are 5 reference operation plans:
1. Increase the freight settings
One-time operation to complete the increase in freight for all products. For example, if the freight for the entire store is set to $100, ordinary customers will not choose to place an order to purchase. After the holiday, the freight setting can be adjusted back to normal.
2. Increase product prices
The operation is not cumbersome and can be modified in the background list. For example, all product prices can be saved by $50, etc. The price should be far beyond the normal market price, resulting in customers not making purchases. However, this plan is not very safe.
3. Adjust the handing time of all products
There are 7 days of holidays, and the handing time can be changed to 8 days or 100 people. After the M period certificate, all holiday orders must be processed within the handing time to avoid delayed delivery.
Note that the handing time should not be too long to avoid customer AZ and bad reviews.
4. Change the status of all products from active to inactive, that is, remove all products from the shelves.
Remove all products from the shelves at once and put them back on the shelves after the holiday (modify the status to put them back on the shelves).
5. Normal delivery with someone on duty
It would be best if the company has someone on duty to process orders and arrange delivery in a timely manner.
6. The overseas warehouse inventory is set up reasonably to ensure that there is inventory for localized delivery.
The above settings may affect the ranking of some products, but compared with the impact of the inability to ship and the impact on various store indicators, the former leads to much less losses in closing the store. It is recommended to do FBA before the holiday. I hope the above content is helpful to you!
