Real-name authentication and recharge

Three-way matching: Merchants need to ensure that the order, payment order, and waybill are correct in order to pass customs inspection smoothly. Youzan provides an order API interface, and merchants can entrust service providers to call the interface to push order messages; Youzan Payment is responsible for payment message push; merchants need to entrust logistics service providers to push waybill messages.

Ports and customs areas: Youzan has completed joint debugging with some ports, and other ports and customs areas are being connected. Merchants are requested to pay attention to Youzan’s latest announcements and notifications.

Cross-border Settlement

Youzan provides cross-border settlement services to help merchants regularly settle RMB funds to overseas RMB bank accounts. In the initial stage, regular remittances will be adopted, and in the later stage, it will be iteratively optimized to allow merchants to choose order remittances independently. This service is currently in the internal testing stage, and merchants need to sign a separate contract to use it.

Youzan’s cross-border service processing solution provides strong support and protection for merchants, and merchants themselves also need to make full use of these resources through continuous learning and practice in order to succeed in the field of cross-border e-commerce. In the wave of globalization, Youzan will work hand in hand with merchants to jointly create a bright future for cross-border e-commerce.
