1. Fill in detailed information
In the interface, gray fields (such as application form number, license number, etc.) indicate that entry or modification is not allowed. The system will automatically fill in the information according to the corresponding operation or steps (such as declaration, etc.).
For some fields (such as import users, location, etc.), the system automatically obtains the information that the current enterprise has successfully registered and fills in the information.
For some fields (such as importer code, importer name), the system fills in the importer name according to the recorded importer code.
Some fields (such as year, trading country, foreign exchange source, commodity use, trade method, etc.) must be retrieved in the parameters and are not allowed to be entered at will. Place the cursor in the entry box, click the space bar or click the triangle icon to call out the drop-down menu and select from it; you can also directly enter the corresponding numbers, letters or Chinese characters you know, quickly call out the parameters, use the up and down arrows to select, and click the Enter key to confirm the entry.
For other fields that need to be entered manually, fill in the relevant content truthfully according to the requirements of the business supervisory department.
Select the fields (such as one certificate for one batch, non-one certificate for one batch) and fill them out according to the actual business situation.
2. Enter product information
The detailed product information must be saved successfully before continuing to enter and save product information.
For the “total quantity, total value in original currency, and total value in US dollars” fields, the system will automatically calculate the data entered by the user in the above list. Manual entry is not allowed.
3. Enter contract information
Click to enter the contract information entry interface. Some fields in the interface (unified social credit code, company name) will be automatically filled in by the system. After entering the relevant content truthfully, save the entered contract information.
4. Upload attachments
Such as scanned copies of import contracts, etc.
5. Submit the declaration and check the application status
Enter the information, click on the declaration, and then click “Query Statistics” – “Customs Status Query” in the left menu to display the customs status query interface in the right area;
“Under review” means that the local electromechanical office is reviewing or has been reported to the Ministry of Commerce;
“Approved” means that the local electromechanical office or the Ministry of Commerce has completed the review;
“Returned” means that the application has been returned by the electromechanical office or the Ministry of Commerce.
Note that the customs status query can only provide inquiries for document status “Approved”.
