Many sellers have expressed doubts about how to ship on the Wish platform, so today I will share how to ship on the Wish platform?
Wish shipping steps:
1. Log in to the Wish merchant platform.
2. Check notifications
When a Wish seller has an order that needs to be fulfilled, the system will remind you to ship through the email address provided by the seller. You can see a red prompt in the order menu. This number refers to the number of new/under review or unshipped orders.
3. Enter the list of pending orders
Wish orders to be fulfilled will be displayed in the “Orders”-“Unprocessed” page. You can browse specific order information, contact users, edit delivery addresses and mark shipment operations here. Orders that cannot be shipped within 5 days will be automatically refunded.
In the top navigation bar, click Orders>Unprocessed to find new orders.
1. Mark a single order for shipment
Find the corresponding order, click the rightmost action button of the row where the order is located, and then click Ship:
You can also fill in the package size as shown in the figure or select “Skip this step” to directly select the logistics carrier and fill in the logistics order number:
Click “Next” to mark the order as shipped.
2. Mark multiple orders for shipment
When there are many orders, you can also mark multiple orders as “shipped” at one time and choose to ship them together. As shown below:
Then click “Deliver selected items” at the top of the unprocessed order page
In the new window that pops up, fill in the logistics information for multiple orders.
When you have completed the filling, click “Deliver all”.
3. Batch shipment using CSV files
When facing a large number of orders, sellers can mark multiple orders for shipment by batch editing files.
First, you need to create a CSV file that contains the order information you are fulfilling. From the navigation bar at the top of the merchant platform, go to Orders > Complete Orders > Complete CSV File.
When you upload a bulk edit file, each column in the file must contain the order ID and logistics carrier for the order. If you also need to fill in the logistics information, you can also add a column for the logistics tracking number information in the corresponding order.
After successfully uploading the CSV file, map the order attributes in the bulk edit file to the Wish platform.
After confirming that all your information is displayed correctly, click “Submit” to import your bulk edit file to the Wish platform. After submitting the bulk edit file, you can check the upload status in Orders > Complete CSV File Status.
The Wish platform itself has no other logistics services except Wish Mail, and after the new regulations of Wish, the delivery time requirements are higher. While wish sellers are operating steadily, they must also make more plans for themselves. Wish sellers can choose to seek an overseas warehouse for cooperation.
