Log in to the Shopify backend, click the “Settings”-“Billing” button, and the following points will appear.
(1) Payment method. If you bind a credit card when setting up there, then the credit card will be displayed here. If you select PayPal, then PayPal will be displayed here. Two payment methods can be displayed at the same time. The one with the Active mark is the payment method currently in use. I didn’t add any payment method, so nothing shows up. You can click the “Add payment method” button to choose to pay by credit card or PayPal. It should be reminded that the payment by credit card or PayPal mentioned here is the way you pay for the Shopify independent station package, not the payment method used by your customers on the Shopify independent station. Don’t confuse the two.
(2) Bills, including the following four types of bills.
Shopify subscription fee: Shopify subscription fee is the Shopify independent station package, which is US$29, US$79 or US$299 per month.
Application fee: Application fee refers to the cost of using ShopifyApp or application. What needs to be reminded is that if you try some apps but forget to delete them, no matter whether you continue to use them or not, as long as they are installed in the Shopify backend, you will always be deducted money. Therefore, you must delete unused apps in time to prevent unnecessary losses.
Shipping label fee: Shipping label fee is only charged to users who purchase shipping labels through Shopify Shipping, that is, through the Shopify independent station, and is generally not used by Chinese sellers.
Transaction fee: According to the Shopify independent station package or monthly rental plan you choose, the Shopify system will help you calculate the total sales in the past 30 days, and then multiply it by the corresponding transaction fee, and you will get The total amount of fees to be paid. Refund orders generated in the past 30 days will not be calculated into total sales, which means that no transaction fee will be charged for refunded orders.
(3) Financial overview. You can see all the deductions related to Shopity independent stations here. If you find any strange amounts, you must contact Shopity official customer service as soon as possible to check.
