After the product upload is completed, sellers can display product information to buyers in more detail by adding video introductions to each product.

Product videos need to be uploaded on ShopeeAPP. Click “Me” in the APP to enter “MyShop” (my store), select the product to which you want to add a video, enter the product interface, click the “…” button in the 3rd position in the upper right corner, and select “Edit Product” ), enter the product editing interface, click “+AddPhoto/Video”, select the video you need to upload, and click “SUBMIT” after completing the upload.

The product is put on the shelf and downloaded. Rack and search

1. Sold out products

In the “Seller Center”-“MyProducts” interface, click “Soldout” (sold out) to find sold out products. You can click “Edit” to edit a single product and add inventory.

If you do not plan to continue selling the product, check the product and select “Delist” or “Delete” to remove or delete it.

2. Banned Products

In the “My Products” interface, click “Suspended” to find products that have been temporarily removed from the shelves due to violations. In the list, you can see the specific reasons why the product was removed from the shelves and the modification method recommended by the system (it is recommended to modify it in conjunction with the deductions in the “Seller Punishment Scoring System”). You can click “Edit” to edit and modify a single product. The illegal product will be re-listed (there is only one chance to modify the removed product, and the product that fails to be modified will be deleted). If you do not intend to continue selling the product, check the product and select “Delete”

3. Online product listing and removal

Find the “Live” (existing) product on the “My Products” interface, check the product that needs to be removed, and click “Delist” to view the online product. The product is removed from the shelves.

Find “Unlisted” in “My Products”, check “Products that need to be put on the shelves”, and click “Publish” to put the unlisted products on the shelves; for sold products Completed products need to be modified in inventory before they can be re-listed.

4. Search for products

In the search box on the “My Products” interface, you can enter the product title. Keywords, or enter “Parent SKU” (main product number) to search for products in the store
