Sellers can check their account performance through “CustomerSatisfaction” under “PERFORMANCE” in the account background. The specific operation method is as follows
Step01 Enter the seller account On the backend homepage, click the “PERFORMANCE” tab at the top of the page and select the “Customer Satisfaction” option in the pop-up drop-down list.
Step02 At this point, you can enter the “Customer Satisfaction” page.
