In order to protect the security of the seller’s account, the password needs to be verified again before entering “My Income”. Sellers will receive an independent wallet password from the Shopee platform within two weeks of opening a new store.
Sellers can check the payment status of Shopee platform to sellers in each payment cycle in “My Income”.

(3) Click the download icon in 3 to export the payment details for the corresponding time period. It should be noted that cross-border sellers do not need to add the “ADD BANK ACCOUNT” section in the picture. Shopee pays you twice a month.
(2) MyWallet
Sellers can bind the third-party collection account used by sellers to receive payments from Shopee in “My Wallet”. Currently, Shopee The platform supports sellers to bind third-party payment tools such as LianLian Pay (Lianlian Cross-border Payment), PingPong and Payoneer.
(1) Cross-border sellers only need to bind a third-party payment tool and do not need to bind a bank card.
(2) For sellers who already have a LianLian Pay account, select the account type that needs to be bound, click the “Register/Login” button, and then link the existing account.
(3) For sellers who have not yet opened a LianLian account, click the “Register/Log in” button and follow the page prompts to fill in the relevant information and register the corresponding account to use it.
(4) If the account is successfully bound, “Active” will be displayed on the card; if the account is not successfully bound or has not been bound, “Not Active” will be displayed. activation).
(5) It should be noted that in order to enhance the security of the seller’s account, an independent wallet password is currently required to enter “My Wallet”. New sellers will usually receive a password from Shopee two weeks after joining Shopee. Please pay attention to check the email of the wallet password of the seller.
