Step one: Open “Seller Center”, click “Products” (Product Management) > “Import Products” (batch add products), and enter the batch upload page.
Please note that before adding products in batches, you need to download the latest Category Tree (category table) and find the specific ID corresponding to the added category.
Step 2: Select the category corresponding to the SKU, click and download the SKU batch creation form (ProductCreation by Category Templates), then click “Click Here”, and finally click “Download” to download. After downloading the form, fill in the SKU to be created and upload it to the platform.
Note when filling in the form:
(1) Fill in and edit all SKU creation information in the “Upload Template” subform. (2) The naming rules for product names are the same as those for uploading products: product type + product model + keywords + color, and no brand information can appear.
(3) Brand application is the same as uploading a single SKU. If the corresponding brand name is not found, you can apply. After the application is successful, just download the form again.
(4) Product Weight: The weight unit is kilogram (kg), such as 0.5kg, just fill in the number directly in the form.
(5) Product Warranty: International sellers have not yet opened warranty services, so fill in N/A.
(6) The requirements for other items in the form, such as product description, picture specifications, etc., are the same as for a single uploaded SKU. There is only one “Primary Category” column that the seller needs to fill in.
(7) The URL image link generated in the table must be a simple image link. It is recommended to use a website to generate links (such as imgbb, etc.) for URL generation. Domestic 00 space or Baidu Cloud Atlas may cause the image to be lost during upload due to server instability
Step 3: Save the table as CSV format. Enter the seller center, click “Products” (product management) > “Import products” (batch upload products) > “Import Updating Info for Products (import product update information), then select the CSV file just generated, and upload it This will complete the batch upload of SKUs
