(3) The text and language filled in must be consistent with the actual information. For example, mainland company information must be filled in Chinese.
(4) The business scope of the enterprise business license only needs to support any one of online sales, traditional import and export trade, and wholesale sales.
(5) Bank information is required (mainland company account number or legal person private account): receiving account name, account opening bank, branch name, bank Swift Code (bank international code).
(6) Corporate sellers can use the domestic bank card of a legal person or other person authorized by the legal person.
Kilimall entry process
Sellers can choose two ways to settle in Kilimall. One is to register directly on the official website through the PC, and the other is to register through the Kilimall official WeChat applet.
(1) Register through the PC terminal
Applicants on different sites have different URLs. Sellers need to enter the homepage of the corresponding country site platform and register a personal or corporate seller account. The following are three The registration address corresponding to each site.

The following takes the registration of the Kenyan website as an example to explain the resident process.
Step one: After entering the official website, click “Your Account” in the upper right corner of the page and find the “Seller Center”.
Step 2: Click “Open a Shop” (apply to open a store) to enter the store login page.
Step 3: Sign the seller service agreement. Click “Join Kilimall” to agree to the platform’s resident agreement. Chinese cross-border sellers need to select “Global Seller” (international seller) to settle in.
Step 4: Fill in the personal or corporate seller information and select the store level. Log in to the Seller Center backend and re-enter your password. The “Name” column needs to be filled with the name of the registrant, the “Company” column needs to be filled with the name of the legal person or authorized person (can be filled in in Chinese), the usual email address, the full name of the company (can be filled in in Chinese), individual sellers need to fill in the ID number, China Sellers need to use the +86 area code when filling in their mobile phone number.
Step 5: Upload image information. Personal seller information interface. Enterprise seller information interface.
Please note that the size of the uploaded photo should not exceed 2MB, and the text in the image must be clearly visible.
Step 6: Fill in the settlement account information and store information.
(1) The settlement account information needs to be filled in: bank account name, bank card number, bank name, branch bank name (all required).
(2) Store information needs to be filled in: store name and invitation code (required). Just contact the investment manager to obtain the invitation code.
It should be noted that the name of the bank account can be filled in with the name of the payee or the name of the company, and it can be a public account or a private account.
The store name must be in English, and try not to modify it after submission to facilitate the creation of the store brand.
Step 7: After filling in the information, carefully check whether the entered information is correct and click the “Submit” button to proceed directly to the next step. When the prompt to pay the store level fee appears, follow the prompt. Just pay the fee and submit it for review by email.
When paying the store level fee, you need to note the store name and the store level applied for.
Pay the deposit and technical service fee to the official collection account. That’s it.
After the level fee is successfully paid, the seller needs to send the site country name, applied store level, store name, 00 number and payment screenshot to the email of the platform reviewer for review. seller.account@kilimall.com. The review time is 1~3 working days.
Step 8: After passing the review, the platform will notify the seller of the review results by email and send the exam directly. After passing the test, sellers can open a store. The test questions are generally about the basic operations of Kilimall, such as testing the delivery process.
(2) Via WeChat. Mini program registration
Search for the “African e-commerce” mini program in the WeChat App, or click “Apply to open a store” directly from the menu bar under the WeChat official account “Kilimall” to register a store. Next fill in the store registration information.
The specific filling requirements are as follows.
(1) Application type: Select a personal or corporate account, and store level
(2) Company name: The full name of the company on the business license, fill in Chinese.
(3) Enterprise code: the registration number on the business license.
(4) Contact name: Fill in Chinese.
(5) Email address: commonly used email address.
(6) Bank account name: The name of the domestic bank card holder, fill in Chinese
(7) Bank account number: Fill in the domestic bank card account number.
(8) Account opening bank: For example, “China Merchants Bank”, fill in Chinese
(9) Account opening branch: The branch of the domestic bank card opening bank.
After filling in the registration information, click “Submit Application” to enter the payment review interface. After clicking “Pay Now”, platform staff will contact the seller within 1 to 3 working days to discuss specific personnel arrangements.
