1. The seller submits an application for settlement
Step one: Enter the registration URL: https://vendor.Kikuu.com/, and click the “Settlement Now” button in the upper right corner of the page.
Step 2: After entering the registration page, the seller needs to fill in the following contents: account information, merchant information and business information. You need to fill in your email address and get a verification code for your account information. Fill in your merchant name and then set your password.
Step 3: Fill in the contact person, mobile phone number (because it is a domestically created platform, so there is no need to add the area code), QQ number and delivery address. Filling in the address is to facilitate the warehouse to promptly return the goods sent repeatedly by the seller. After filling in, remember to check and check the “KIKUU Merchant Residency Agreement” and “KIKUU Merchant Deposit Agreement”, and then click “Register Now” to proceed to the next step.
After the seller fills in the account information, the Kikuu platform will verify the seller’s registration information and conduct a re-inspection in January of each year. Seller accounts that cannot be verified will be canceled by the platform.
Step 4: After the seller fills in the “Business Information” and “Business Information” in the correct format, click the “Submit Residency Application” button, and the status is “Under Review”
If you register as an individual user, the payee must be the same as the registrant; if you register as a business user, the payee must be a corporate account.
Step 5: After passing the review, the system will send an review email to the seller. At this time, the seller can log in to the Kikuu merchant backend to create a store
2. Create Store and modify related information
(1) Create a store
After applying for a Kikuu platform store and passing the review, the seller can create a store. The steps to create a store are also very simple.
Step one: Open the seller’s homepage, click “Site Navigation” and enter the “Create Store” page. Step 2: Fill in the information required to create a store (store type, store name, business category and store contact number) as required, and click Submit for review.
Filling in requirements:
D Store name: cannot contain Chinese characters and cannot be larger than 255 characters. The following words such as China, Best, Cheapest, Top, etc. cannot be filled in. Unless you can provide brand certification or agency certification, you cannot use well-known brand names, such as Dior, Chanel, Ikea, etc. The official name of Kikuu cannot be used (although few people will use it, you still need to pay attention).
Store contact phone number: used to receive store-related information.
Business categories: Business categories are divided into closed categories and non-closed categories. A closed category means that only products in this category can be released, and products in other categories cannot be released.
(2) Modify relevant information
Open the seller’s homepage, click “Site Navigation” and enter “My Account”
After the registration is completed, the seller needs to The seller’s platform account information and bank information are checked. Only when the bank information is correct can the payment on the platform proceed smoothly. After confirming that the seller information and bank information are correct, click “Confirm Information” directly.
Also on the “My Account” page, you can also modify the email address that receives reminders from the Kikuu platform. The reminder email address can be used to receive order information, order timeout information, store penalty information, etc. After modifying the reminder email, the login email will not change accordingly.
