I click the “Agree” button to indicate that I have read the entire agreement between Wish and the merchant and agree that:
(1) Wish can adjust the price of the products I display and the shipping costs of the products within a certain range of variation. This move will not affect the payment that Wish has agreed to pay me at a certain percentage or a certain amount. Otherwise, Wish will adjust the price, but I will bear all the collection and return fees, and Wish will not promote my products.
(2) Merchants shall not sell products that have been identified by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) as harmful to consumers and recalled. Merchants shall not engage in the following acts: fraud or sale of illegal goods, counterfeit goods and stolen items. Fraud refers to the act of a merchant intentionally telling a buyer false information, or intentionally concealing the truth, in order to induce the buyer to purchase; illegal goods refer to product information or goods (including packaging) containing illegal content; imitations refer to trademarks that are identical or similar to a registered trademark, which are forged or imitated on the product body or packaging without the permission of the registered trademark owner, as well as inferior products that are passed off as good ones; stolen items refer to public or private property obtained by illegal possession, secret theft, or theft.
(3) The content submitted, uploaded, displayed, and the behavior of the Merchant shall not involve: defamation, malicious slander, illegal threats, illegal harassment, impersonation or impersonation of others (including but not limited to (Wish employees or other merchants), false descriptions or acts that cause confusion or misidentification by using similar email addresses, nicknames, incorrect accounts, or other methods and devices.
(4) Merchants shall not solicit business for other platforms or merchants other than Wish on the Wish platform, use the Wish platform to directly sell products, or promote online platforms, services, and physical stores other than Wish.
(5) Merchants shall not violate the Prohibited Matters and Conduct Agreement, Wish Merchant Policy (http://merchant.wish.com/policy/home), Wish and Merchant Agreement (http://merchant.wish.com/terms-of-service), any Wish website policies and social norms, and any applicable laws, regulations, rules, or regulations (including but not limited to government export controls, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, or false advertising).
(6) Wish Payments to merchants may be delayed and accounts payable may be frozen due to customer disputes and customer compensation until the investigation of the matter is completed.
Merchants cannot conduct any of the above prohibited matters and activities. If a merchant violates any of the provisions, Wish may temporarily close the merchant’s account and freeze all payments under the merchant’s account.
