View Wish Express Product Performance

Merchants can view the product performance of all Wish Express products through the “Performance” → “Wish Express Performance” menu.

Merchants can also quickly view the product performance of Wish Express products through the “Actions” → “View Product Performance” of Wish Express products.

Wish Express product performance includes Wish Express status, indicator data overview, and detailed Wish Express performance data for individual products.

Wish Express FAQ

(1) Is Wish Express available in my delivery country?

Wish Express is a plan to deliver a single product to a single country. If you can guarantee that product P can be delivered to country C within the delivery time limit, then your product meets the requirements for joining Wish Express.

(2) How do I remove a Wish Express product?

You can remove Wish Express products by contacting your Wish account manager.

(3) How do I confirm that a product has been added to Wish Express?

By clicking on the “View All Products” menu in the merchant backend, you can see the products with a blue “Wish Express” mark below the ID. These are Wish Express products. You can also click on the “Wish Express” button on the “View All Products” page to view all your Wish Express products.

On wish.com or in the App, Wish Express products will have a special badge to indicate that they have been added to the program.

(4) How do I confirm that the order is a Wish Express order?

By clicking on the “Order History” menu in the merchant backend, you can see the orders with a blue “Wish Express” mark below the ID. These are Wish Express orders.

(5) How do I check the performance of Wish Express products?

By clicking on the “Performance”-“Wish Express Performance” menu in the merchant backend, you can check the performance of Wish Express products.

(6)Are Saturdays and Sundays included in the delivery time?

Wish Express orders must be delivered within the specified delivery time. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

(7)Do Wish Express orders have to have tracking numbers?

All orders must have valid tracking numbers.

(8)Can I increase the shipping price for promotional products participating in Wish Express?

The prices of Wish promotional products cannot be increased. If you need to use faster logistics methods and have to increase the shipping price of promotional products, please re-list the product and apply to join Wish Express using the corresponding new product ID.

(9)If I cannot deliver the order within the specified delivery time, what will happen to my account? Wish Express orders that are not delivered within the specified delivery time will be marked as delayed orders. If a refund is generated due to delayed goods, the merchant will be responsible for the refund fee.

(10)Is Wish Express a fulfillment order program?

Wish Express is not a fulfillment program. Merchants must ensure that orders delivered to consumers are delivered within the specified delivery time.
