There are five criteria for searching products: product name, sub-SKU, parent SKU, product ID, and product label.

Resubmit counterfeit review

If the counterfeit rate of an honest store is higher than 0.5%, it will lose the honest store status mark, and the Wish backend homepage will prompt that it needs to “resubmit counterfeit review”.

On the “Counterfeit Review Failure Details” page, we can see the products that were rejected for review. Merchants need to take the following measures.

(1) For products with sales authorization, you need to provide the corresponding sales authorization letter. After the sales authorization review is passed, the product can be reviewed and restored to normal sales status. The operation steps are the same as the “Violation” section.

(2) If these products are misjudged or there are reasons unrelated to the brand, such as brand words appearing in the description, blurred labels, blurred watermarks, etc., you can edit and modify the products in the “Violation Details” and submit them for review. After the review is passed, these products can be restored to normal sales status.

(3) If it is confirmed that the products do not have sales authorization, these products do not need to be processed or manually removed from the shelves. Because the products are already in the “rejected” state, they cannot be put on the shelves/removed from the shelves, and they cannot be sold.

(4) Re-check the products that are still under review. If counterfeits are found, they need to be removed from the shelves; if problems such as brand words, blurred labels, and blurred watermarks are found in the description, the products need to be re-edited and modified.

After performing the above operations, if the counterfeit rate of the store is lower than 0.5%, you can “resubmit counterfeit review”.

Note:

? After resubmitting the counterfeit review, the review time is generally 2 to 5 working days.

? If the counterfeit rate is not lower than 0.5%, resubmitting the counterfeit review will result in failure of the review.

? If the counterfeit review is still not passed after resubmitting the counterfeit review, the system will prompt “Please wait for 3 days and submit the counterfeit review again.”
