Sellers can complete in-store order management, product management, event settings, financial management and store management in the Shopee Seller Center. Among them, store management is the first thing new sellers need to learn before learning other Shopee functions. In store management, sellers need to master store introduction settings, logistics and address settings, product evaluation viewing, my performance and scoring, store settings, privacy settings, chat settings, notification settings and account settings.

1. Log in to the seller backstage.

Sellers who have completed Shopee account registration can use the registered account to log in to the seller backstage of each market. There are two ways to log in to the seller backstage: one is through the seller center login entrance, and the other is through the Shopee University website.

Open the seller center backstage website corresponding to the market you need to log in, enter the correct account and password, and click the “Log in” button to log in to the corresponding market seller center backstage.

China Seller Center (CNSC) is now online. It is a seller backstage customized for Chinese cross-border sellers. According to the time when each function of the China Seller Center is supported and other relevant standards, sellers will be upgraded to the China Seller Center in batches. It is expected that sellers will be fully upgraded to the China Seller Center by the end of 2021.
