Starting at 2:00 a.m. UTC on July 21, 2020, the A+ Logistics Program for Indonesia will be officially launched and open to all Chinese merchants who have enabled Indonesia. Orders from mainland China to Indonesia will be automatically included in the A+ Logistics Program from the above effective time. The orders involved will enjoy a series of favorable policies of the A+ Logistics Program, and will be subject to the “Merchant Terms of Service and Agreement” and “A+ Logistics Program Policies”.

2. What are the size and weight restrictions for parcels delivered to the A+ Logistics Program warehouse (for orders bound for Indonesia)?

Please note that “special products” are defined as built-in lithium-ion batteries, built-in button batteries, etc.; “sensitive products” are defined as categories other than general products and special products. Common sensitive categories include: eye shadow, lip gloss, foundation, cream, mask, scrub, headphones, small speakers, etc.
From 0:00 am on August 6, 2020 (Beijing time), if any side of the A+ Logistics Plan order package delivered to the warehouse is longer than 55cm, the volumetric weight (i.e., blister weight) of the package will be calculated as “(length x width x height)/8000” in kg. The final freight will be calculated based on the larger of the volumetric weight and the actual weight.
3. What is the maximum declared value of the A+ Logistics Plan Indonesia-bound package?
Currently, the A+ Logistics Plan Indonesia-bound package does not accept packages with a declared value of more than US$100; therefore, if merchants need to deliver an order for an Indonesia-bound package with a declared value of more than US$100, please submit an online complaint through the WishPost Complaint Tool page to remove the order from the A+ Logistics Plan and ship the order directly.

Merchants must correctly identify and declare sensitive or special products in WishPost, and must pack general products and sensitive/special products separately before delivering them to the A+ Logistics Program warehouse. Also, please note: When packing sensitive products, please ensure that they are safe during transportation, security inspection, and unpacking by consumers.
If merchants do not declare sensitive or special product types in WishPost, but deliver such products to the A+ Logistics Program warehouse, merchants will be charged an additional sensitive product handling fee of RMB 1 per package.

6. Tax-related information
The customs duty-free allowance for personal packages in Indonesia is US$3. Currently, the A+ Logistics Program provides tax-inclusive services for A+ Logistics Program orders to Indonesia with a declared value of less than US$100, and merchants do not need to pay extra fees.
