How to manage logistics on the JOOM platform and where to ship from?
1. Open the order page in the seller’s backend and click on the order waiting for shipment;
2. Click the online shipment button to apply;
3. Select the target carrier on the list of logistics providers: Joom Logistics;
4. Select the shipping warehouse in the first leg column;
5. Click Process;
6. Download the PDF delivery bill.
Note: Logistics documents are automatically generated by the Joom system. Joom strictly prohibits sellers from making online logistics documents by themselves!
This is to use online shipment through CSV files.
Introduction to offline logistics channels:
1. Open the order page in the seller’s backend;
2. Use the filter to select the order waiting for shipment (approved);
3. Press the offline shipment button. If there is no “offline delivery” button, then this order can only be delivered online;
4. Select a logistics company;
5. Fill in the phone number information.
6. Click to process.
In simple terms, offline logistics is third-party logistics such as overseas warehouses, not logistics of e-commerce platforms!
The product listing process on the JOOM platform is as follows:
1. Enter the product listing page.
2. Fill in the text title and picture description.
3. This metadata helps to describe the product, so that the product can be classified and relocated through browsing or searching. The more accurately you label the product, the greater the chance that users will find it.
Only Latin characters are accepted here. Keywords and tags are not hierarchical. Commas are required to separate different tags. Do not use commas for single tags. If more than 10 tags are added, each product can add more than 10 tags, and the redundant tags will be ignored.
4. Provide pictures and relevant information as required.
Such as inventory, transportation costs, pricing and logistics channels.
5. After writing all, you can also add multiple other attributes.
6. After the listing is completed, the product will be displayed in the background.
