1. The average daily order volume of mainland sellers in the past 30 days exceeds 50 orders, and Hong Kong sellers need to exceed 30 orders.

2. The interval address must pass the review and accept the door-to-door time. Qualified sellers can fill in the online work order in the store background, fill in the proof of the average daily order volume in the past 30 days, the pick-up address, whether it is a Lazadamall seller and fill in the information, and submit it to the platform and apply for door-to-door collection. After the platform has reviewed it and found no problems, it will be sent to the merchant by email, and the subsequent door-to-door time will be informed.

Merchants must note that whether they mail it themselves or the platform delivers it to their door, they must print the logistics label in advance according to the platform’s requirements and then mail it. In order to save costs, sellers can spell orders with other nearby sellers, and then let Lazada collect the items for free at their door, which will save a lot of logistics costs.

In order to ensure that the goods are not delayed in delivery, merchants must ensure that the product updates the logistics information within two days, otherwise the platform may cancel the order or return it because it does not meet the requirements. Send the package to the sorting center. You can mail it yourself or collect the package on the platform. After receiving the order, pay attention to fill in the order information, package the goods as required, and update the logistics information within two days!
