In the Seller Center, “Shop Management” is divided into two modules, “Shop Categories” and “Shop Settings”. Sellers can complete the basic settings of the store in the store management, including product classification, store introduction, logistics settings, product evaluation management, store settings, etc., to help sellers better manage the store.

In “Shop Categories”, sellers can set the store product categories according to the categories of the store products. The “MyShop Categories” interface is divided into two parts: “Active Categories” and “Inactive Categories”. Among them, the products in the “Active Categories” can be browsed and viewed by buyers in the store interface; the products in the “Inactive Categories” will not be displayed in the store interface.

(I) Add categories

Sellers can add products under the “Inactive Categories” inactive product category, and can also name the “nactive Categories” category.

Enter “Seller Centre”-“Shop Categories” “Add a new customized category” to add a new product category. In the new product category, you can fill in the name of the category you want, such as “Hot Sale”, click “Save”, and then click “Add Products” to add a new product.

You can help sellers quickly find the products they want based on the latest releases, highest sales, or price sorting methods. Then click “Add” on the right side of the product to add it, and finally click “Save changes”.

At the same time, the system will also remind the seller whether to display the newly generated category on the front desk for buyers to browse and view. Click “Active now” to display it on the buyer’s side.

If you click “Cancel”, the category will not be displayed on the buyer’s side and will appear in the “Inactive Categories”.

(II) Modify/Delete Categories

(1) Sellers can modify the “Active Categories” category or delete the category in the “Inactive Categories”.

(2) Refer to Figure 3-55 and follow the following operations to complete the corresponding modification or deletion work.

①Click the “Rename” button at the mark 1 to rename the category.

②Click the “Details” button at the mark 2 to view the product details under this category.

③Click the mark 3 to turn on or off the category. After turning on, the category will be visible to buyers on the buyer side. After switching to the close button, the corresponding category will be automatically classified into the “Inactive Categories” category.

④Click the mark 4 to adjust the display order of the category on the buyer side by dragging.

⑤Click the mark 5 to delete the corresponding category.
