On the Ozon platform, product video covers are an important eye-catching element that attracts the attention of potential buyers. Here are simple steps on how to upload product video covers to ensure that your products are displayed well on the platform:
1. Upload video covers through product cards.
1. Upload video covers when creating a product.
Go to the product creation page and fill in the product characteristics.
Switch to the “Media” tab and click “Add” in the “Video Cover” section.
2. Upload videos.
Drag the file into the upload area.
Click “+” and add a video from your computer.
Enter a YouTube or Yandex Disk link. If you need to add multiple links, attach the links in order.
Upload no more than 5 videos using one of the following methods:
Click “Save” and there is no need to wait for the upload to end, it will start after the product is created.
3. Fill in the remaining product characteristics.
All videos will be reviewed before publishing. If the video violates Ozon’s requirements, the product will be sold but will be placed in the “Errors” tab.
2. Upload a video cover via an XLS template.
1. Open the XLS template.
Open the template using an XLS file or an online form.
2. Enter the video link.
Go to the Ozon Video Cover tab and enter the link to the video.
If the video is not yet in the product card, enter a YouTube or Yandex Disk link so that the video will be saved on Ozon and buyers can open it faster.
If you have already uploaded the video, enter a link to another card.
3. Upload the XLS file.
Upload and save the online form.

Open the product and add a video cover.
Go to the product and click “+” in the “Media” section.
If you created a new product card, please fill in the parameters and jump to the media page.
Fourth, copy the video cover from other cards.

Go to the Products & Prices → Product List tab.
Find a product that already has a suitable video.
Click “Actions” and select “Download Template”.
Click “+” and download the required template in the Download Manager window.
Open the Ozon Video tab and copy the link.
