1. Company homepage layout

You need to use your personal account to create a company homepage on LinkedIn. The settings of the company homepage include: company name, page background image, company avatar, company description, business field, etc. Place the company logo and company name in a prominent position on the upper left corner of the page, as well as the “Following” button. After clicking the “+Follow” button, users can see the latest information released by the company they follow in the dynamic timeline every time they log in to LinkedIn.

2. Company homepage creation process

(1) Enter the company homepage creation portal.

Enter the English version of LinkedIn, select the “WORK” tab to the right of the profile icon in the upper right corner of the window, and find the “Create a Company Page+” item on the pop-up page.

(2) Select the page type.

Enter the page type selection page, there are four types to choose from: Small business, Medium to large business, Showcase page, and Educational institution. Select one according to the type of company.

(3) Fill in the company homepage information.

After selecting the page type, enter the company homepage information filling page.

· Homepage name.

Please make sure that the homepage name is the official company name. You can fill in the company’s English name or pinyin after the public URL. Do not use Chinese characters.

· Company details.

Please ensure that the company details are accurate, especially the industry type. All these inputs will affect the visibility of the page.

· Profile details.

When filling in the profile details, please make sure to choose a logo or corporate logo that is consistent with the brand and meet LinkedIn’s specific requirements, that is, 300 pixels x 300 pixels and JPG, JPEG or PNG format.

· Slogan.

When filling in the slogan, generally use the company’s unified brand slogan or slogan.

Fill in the company homepage information

(4) Submit the information.

After the company homepage information is submitted, the email confirmation page will appear. After confirming the email, the information submission is completed and the page is successfully created.

(5) Edit company information.

When company information needs to be improved, select the blue Edit button on the right side of the page to enter the edit page to update the information.
