1. Keyword classification
Each word and phrase in the product title is called a keyword. There are three types of keywords: top keywords, secondary keywords and long-tail keywords.
2. Keyword selection
Generally speaking, there are three main methods for keyword selection.
Method 1: Open the AliExpress buyer homepage, click the search bar, and enter the product name. The more results are displayed, the more popular the keyword is.
Method 2: Open the “Search Word Analysis” in “Data Aspects” to analyze and select keywords.
Method 3: Learn from other people’s titles and use “Search Word Analysis” to analyze some of the words and check their search index.
Among them, method 2 is the most commonly used method by sellers and is very practical and scientific. The following is an introduction to the specific operation of this method.
(1) In the AliExpress backend, click “Data Aspects – Search Word Analysis” and select hot search words, soaring words or zero-low words as needed. Generally, “hot search words” are selected for analysis first, and then the specific category of the product you sell is selected.
(2) Select the data of the most recent day or the most recent 30 days in the “Time” option as needed, and click the “Download” button to download the current data.
(3) In the downloaded table, select keywords based on popularity and your actual needs, and search in the AliExpress buyer interface to decide whether to use them.
(4) Apply the searched keywords to the product label writing.
