“Confirm Price” Tag

There is only one sub-tag under the “Confirm Price” tag, which is the negotiated price. If there are some fixed buyers who want to make bulk purchases, sellers can add buyers under this sub-tag and set the prices of the goods they purchase separately. For example, Mr. Li and Mr. Wang both like a certain fountain pen sold by the seller Mr. Liu through the Amazon platform, so they want to make bulk purchases for their own company personnel. After negotiation, Mr. Li’s condition is to purchase 600 pieces at a price of US$4 each, while Mr. Wang’s condition is to purchase 400 pieces at a price of US$6 each. Mr. Liu thinks both conditions are suitable, so while ensuring that the price of the fountain pen that has been released remains unchanged, he uses the “Agreement Pricing” sub-tag to set different selling prices for Mr. Li and Mr. Wang separately. Then when Mr. Li and Mr. Wang place an order again, they can buy at the negotiated price.

“Order” Tag

Sellers can manage store orders through the “Order” tag. The “Order” tag includes three sub-tags: managing orders, order reporting, and managing returns.

(1) Manage Orders

In the “Manage Orders” sub-tab, sellers can view orders in the waiting (added to the shopping cart but not paid), unshipped, shipped, etc. status. They can also query orders based on order numbers, buyer names, and other information, and then manage the orders.

(2) Order Report

In the “Order Report” sub-tab, sellers can apply for archived order reports on a monthly basis. The order reports include product information, transaction prices, buyer personal information, etc. for sellers to view.

(3) Manage Returns

In the “Manage Returns” sub-tab, sellers can view the relevant information of buyers’ return orders or refund orders, and perform related management work.
