You have successfully created a Facebook fan page (FaPage), but are you still confused about some of the content published on the page and the overall performance of the page? Don’t worry, Facebook Insights Dashboard will help you answer these questions.
Insights is an internal analysis tool of Facebook. As defined by Facebook, Insights provides Facebook page owners and managers with a series of indicators and data about page content. By understanding, analyzing and grasping various data such as user growth trends, group distribution, best publishing time (generally around 9:00 10:00 and 20:00 local time) and user consumption objects, page owners will better improve their business level.
Insights provides users with two types of data. One is User Insights (user performance analysis), including data on page likes, number of fans, daily active users, new likes and dislikes, external backlinks, page views, age and gender of viewers, country or region, browsing devices, etc. This type of data can tell you the overall performance of the page, traffic sources and fan churn rate, and can also provide some good suggestions for tab settings, posting methods, etc.
Another type is Imteractions Insights, which includes feedback on daily events (clicks, comments and points) and information unlocking of daily event pages. With this kind of dynamic data, you can modify the content you publish in real time and associate it more with topics that fans are keen to discuss. The only downside is that you need to constantly track and analyze this data manually.
