After the goods arrive at the bonded supervision area, the batch of goods is not sold on the e-commerce platform. They are goods ready for retail sales, so they need to be temporarily stored in the bonded warehouse in the park. Before the goods are put into storage, the customs clearance procedures for the second-line entry into the area need to be handled.

Vehicle-bill association:

Before the cross-border e-commerce goods that are transported by customs transit enter the special supervision area, the station management personnel need to associate the vehicle (transport vehicle) and the bill (clearance and release bill) at the entry checkpoint of the area as the basis for the release judgment when the vehicle enters the internal card.

The driver takes the first-line transfer clearance and IC card to the station (bonded company) for operation. The station staff enters the “Vehicle-bill association” interface in the electronic port special supervision area information management system, checks the clearance and release bill number that needs to be associated with the vehicle bill, clicks the “Vehicle-bill association” button, checks the vehicle information that needs to be associated in the pop-up dialog box, and enters the vehicle mileage, clicks the “Confirm” button, the system prompts that the vehicle bill association is successful, and clicks the “Confirm” button.

After the vehicle-order association is completed, the vehicle can enter the area through the checkpoint in the special supervision area.
