After the goods arrive at Shanghai Port, the customs declaration form is pre-entered in the system while the inspection declaration business is handled.
1. Electronic inspection declaration entry
At present, the software operating systems for electronic inspection declaration mainly include Fujian Rongji Software Co., Ltd. and Jiucheng Network Technology Group Co., Ltd. After logging in to the inspection declaration software, click the “Electronic Inspection Declaration” button. The navigation bar shows that the electronic inspection declaration has five steps: inspection declaration registration, basic configuration, inspection declaration record, sending and receiving, management and printing.
When using the system for the first time, you must first complete the inspection declaration registration and communication settings and complete the test, then select “Inbound Goods Inspection” from the six inspection business modules of “Inspection Declaration Record” and enter the contents of each column of the inspection declaration form. It may not be clear how to enter the contents of some columns. After clicking this column, you can view the prompt instructions at the bottom of the entry interface. For any column with a drop-down box, the system supports fuzzy search by keyword, and then select it. When there are multiple types of goods, you can click the “Add”, “Insert”, “Copy”, “Delete” and other buttons to operate. The Chinese name of the consignor is the filing number of the e-commerce platform on the single window @ the filing number of the e-commerce enterprise on the single window @ the customs area code @ 1, and the English name is the consignor name on the invoice or packing list + (e-commerce platform name). After completing the required columns, click the “Save” button to complete the entry, and the system will automatically generate the inspection application number.
2. Send the inspection declaration
After the inspection data is entered, it will be temporarily stored, and the inspection declaration will be made one day before the date when the goods arrive at the special supervision area. After checking that the computer network is normal, select the inspection declaration to be sent in the “Send Documents” interface of the system, and then send the receipt. If it shows “Message sent completed”, it means that the sending is successful. Next, select the receipt to be viewed on the “Receive Return, Maintenance” page to view the specific content of the receipt: if it fails, modify the inspection declaration according to the instructions and resend it; if it passes, it means that the electronic inspection has been successfully completed.
