Currently, the A+ Logistics Program for Korea does not accept packages with a declared value greater than $150. If a Wish merchant needs to deliver a package order for Korea with a declared value greater than $150, please go to WishPost > Appeal Tool page to submit an online appeal to remove the corresponding order from the A+ Logistics Program and change it to direct delivery.

5. How do merchants provide PCCC information for orders bound for South Korea to meet customs clearance requirements?

For wish orders bound for South Korea under the A+ Logistics Program that originate from mainland China, if the user provides Wish with their PCCC information, the information will be automatically sent to the cooperative logistics service provider of the wish merchant platform. Wish merchants do not need to take additional actions for these orders.

For non-A+ Logistics Program orders bound for South Korea, the merchant platform will add a “South Korea Order” mark to these orders to help merchants easily identify orders that need to provide PCCC to the logistics service provider. The system will display this mark for all Korea-bound orders (excluding A+ Logistics Program orders) released after 12:00 UTC on July 3, 2020 on the Orders > Unfulfilled Orders and Orders > History pages of the merchant platform. Merchants can now provide the electronic user PCCC information of these orders to the corresponding logistics service provider, or provide the PCCC information in the user delivery address section when printing the logistics label.

7. How do merchants include PCCC information for their South Korea-bound orders to comply with customs clearance requirements?

If the customers provided their PCCC information to Wish, it will be automatically transmitted to our partner shipping carriers as part of the Advanced Logistics Program for Mainland China-originating, South Korea-bound orders. No additional actions are required from merchants for these orders.

For South Korea-bound orders that are not part of the Advanced Logistics Program, a “South Korea Order” flag will be added in the Merchant Dashboard to help merchants more easily identify the orders where PCCC needs to be provided to shipping carriers. For all South Korea-bound orders released after July 3, 2020 12:00AM UTC (excluding Advanced Logistics Program orders), the Merchant Dashboard Orders > Unfulfilled Orders page and Merchant Dashboard Orders > History page will display this flag. For these orders, merchants may now transmit customer PCCC information to their shipping carriers electronically or offline by printing out parcel shipping labels with PCCC as part of the customers’ shipping addresses.
