Understanding Voucher Reward Types
Voucher rewards are of three types:
1. Discount (Fixed Amount)
Fixed Amount Discounts have a fixed value for any purchase amount.
Example: $5 Off
2. Discount (Percentage)
The discount percentage is based on the discount value. You can set the maximum discount amount a buyer can get.
Example: 10% Off
3. Coin Cashback
Coin Cashback returns a percentage of the item value (selected by the seller) in the form of Shopee Coins. The cost of the Shopee Coins will be borne by the seller.
Note?
If your item is returned, the Coin Cashback will be deducted and returned to you as a percentage of the item value (selected by the seller).
