(1) LGS (Lazada self-built logistics)
If you want to use the official logistics provided by Lazada, you need to select LGS in the order delivery method in the seller center, then click the “Create package & Next” button, follow the relevant prompts to enter the correct invoice number and other relevant information. In order to facilitate subsequent inquiries, sellers should also remember to keep this information. Then Lazada will automatically generate a waybill number. After the seller verifies that the shipping information is correct, click the “Ready to Ship” button.
Then, on the “Ready to Ship” page, the seller needs to click the “Print invoice for selected items” option to print the invoice and the “Print shipping labels for selected items” button to print the logistics label. Put the goods and invoice into the package, and affix the logistics label to the package before officially entering the delivery stage.
Sellers should note that, except for statutory holidays, the goods must be sent to the Lazada Shenzhen sorting center within 48 hours after receiving the customer’s order. After the offline delivery is completed, the seller must update the order information online in time (update the order to “Ready to Ship”)
Within 8 days after the order is created, the Lazada Shenzhen sorting center must receive the goods sent by the seller, otherwise the Lazada system will directly cancel the order. When the package successfully arrives at the logistics center in the target country, the Lazada system will update the order information to “Shipped”. If the order is cancelled by Lazada, the seller will not receive the payment regardless of whether the package is shipped or not.
(2)3PL (Third-party Logistics)
As with LGS, when choosing a third-party logistics delivery, the delivery must also be completed within 48 hours. The seller first selects 3PL on the order delivery page, clicks “Create package &Next”, enters the waybill number provided by the third-party logistics, and then clicks “Save Tracking Code &Next”, fills in the correct invoice number, and after verifying the relevant information, updates the order information to “Ready to Ship”. In addition, when shipping an order, only one order can be operated at a time, and it does not support merging orders for delivery.
On the “Ready to Ship” page, sellers need to select the “Print invoice for selected items” button to print the invoice, and pack the invoice and the goods in the package, and affix the express delivery bill provided by the third-party logistics company on the package, and notify the logistics company to pick up the goods, or deliver the goods to the logistics company.
Similarly, sellers using the third-party logistics distribution model must also hand over the goods to the logistics company within 48 hours of the user’s order, which is not a statutory holiday, and fill in the correct waybill number in the seller center, and update the order information to “Ready to Ship”. In addition, the seller must ensure that the logistics information can be tracked by the logistics query agency (17track, aftership) within 3 days after entering the waybill, otherwise the order will be directly cancelled by the Lazada system.
