Before leaving get off work every day, the marketing supervisor should first organize a review, listen to the team members’ completion of the work list today and the analysis of the reasons, and comment on the work of each team member on the day; secondly, the team members should be asked to describe how to help other members improve performance indicators, guide the interaction between team members, and finally let everyone collect traffic to the main traffic pool.
The quantity and quality of traffic contributed by each marketing channel to the main traffic pool can also be set as the assessment indicators of team members. The relevant data learned from the review should be simultaneously made into a daily performance dashboard, and summarized and recorded after one week as the basis for team member performance assessment. Note that the assessment itself is not the purpose. The performance completion experience and mutual assistance strategies shared during the daily review are more important than the assessment data. Encourage team members to record feasible improvement strategies in a timely manner, form a work list, require them to practice and test it on the next day, and track the results, so as to drive the continuous growth of team members with data. The marketing team supervisor should record weekly data, compare it with the actual data of the previous week and the goals of this week, analyze the gap and its reasons, and at the end of this week, throw out the growth targets of key indicators for next week.
