1. Set up FBA delivery

Enter the seller backend homepage, select Manage Inventory in the INVENTORY drop-down list, and enter the inventory management page.

Select the product you want to ship through Amazon, and check the box in front of it (assuming that 2 products on sale are set to FBA). Click Action on 2 selected, and select Change to Fulfilled by Amazon.

Next, scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Decline Label Service”. “Accept Label Service” means “Accept Amazon’s labeling service”. Selecting this service means that the seller needs to pay the relevant labeling fee); “Decline Label Service” means “labeling the product yourself when shipping”. Generally, most sellers will choose this option. After selecting, a page of prompts will appear to confirm the previous selection. If there is no problem with the inspection, please click “Confirm Selection” in the lower right corner.

After confirmation, you can click “FBA Excluded Products” to find out which products will be restricted by Amazon logistics. If there are no problems, click the button in the lower right corner. “Convert only” means that the product will be transferred to Amazon for delivery, but will not be sent to the Amazon warehouse for the time being; “Convert & Send Inventory” means that the selected products will be transferred to Amazon for delivery and will be sent to the Amazon warehouse during this operation.

2. Select the shipping address for this shipment

There are two items to select on this page: (1) The shipping address for this batch of goods, add the shipping address for this batch of goods entering the warehouse; (2) Select the product packaging type. “Individual products” means that there are multiple SKUs in the packaging box of this batch of goods, and “Case-packed products” means that the goods use the original packaging. Generally, “Individual products” is selected.

Then, fill in the accurate shipping address.

If the seller did not fill in the size of the product when setting up the product, the seller needs to fill in the accurate product size (based on the packaging size) when transferring it to FBA for the first time, pay attention to the size unit, and fill in the quantity of the goods that need to be warehoused this time in “Units”.

3. Label the goods

Labeling: Select “Merchant” for the product label.

Print product labels: You can choose a variety of product label sizes based on the quantity of all the goods entering the warehouse this time. For example, “21-up labels 63.5mmx38.1mm on “A4” means that 21 labels can be printed on an A4 paper, and the size of each label is 63.5 mm x 38.1 mm. After making the selection, click “Print labels for this page”. At this time, the system will automatically generate a PDF document for this label, and the seller can download and save it first and then print it later.

4. Label the shipment

If the seller has never sent an Amazon shipment, select “Create new”; if a shipment has been created before but has not been sent, there will be an additional option “add to”, which will display the creation time of the shipment.

Next, check whether the address and SKU are correct, and click “Work on shipment” after confirmation.

Prepare the shipment label and select the logistics method; select “Everything in one box” and fill in the correct number of boxes and box size.

After filling in the number and size of boxes, the option will automatically pop up, click “Print box Labels”, the system will generate a box label PDF, which can be downloaded and saved first, and then printed later.

Finally, the seller needs to send the shipment to the warehouse designated by Amazon and make an appointment with the warehouse in advance. At this point, the Amazon Logistics shipment has been created. The seller can view the departure point, SKU quantity and warehouse to be transported for this shipment, or manually edit a code for this shipment to facilitate subsequent inquiries.
