Allegro has been committed to improving the quality of service on the platform. The latest policy will encourage merchants to ship faster on weekends and holidays to get more bonus points. This mainly involves two key indicators: Tracking numbers added on time and On-time dispatch. Let’s take a look at these new regulations and their impact on merchants.
1. Add tracking numbers on time.
If the merchant’s offer states that it can ship faster on weekends and holidays, then the merchant can get corresponding bonus points for orders completed during these special periods as long as the tracking number is added/shipped before 23:59:59 on the first or second working day according to the stated time.
For example: If the merchant’s offer states that it will be shipped within 24 hours, and the buyer places an order for product A at 15:00 on Saturday, the merchant must add the tracking number/ship before 23:59:59 on the next Monday. If the statement is to ship within 48 hours, the merchant must fulfill it before 23:59:59 on the next Tuesday.
Merchants will receive bonus points based on the percentage of orders that have tracking numbers added on time. The specific scores are as follows:
95% and above: Excellent
85% and above: Good
68% and above: Moderate and Excellent
50% and above: Needs Improvement
50% and below: Unacceptable
2. Send the package on time.
Merchants can also receive bonus points for sending the package on time within the time when the package status changes. When the proportion of orders that send the package on time reaches 50%, the merchant will receive 4 points, and for every 1% increase, the merchant will receive 2 points. If the merchant successfully ships 98% of the orders on time, it will receive 100 points.
The specific scores are as follows:
At least 90%: Excellent
At least 70%: Good
At least 50%: Moderately Excellent
30%-50%: Needs Improvement
Below 30%: Unacceptable
