1. Abundant international supply

Amazon has been operating overseas for many years and has gathered a large number of overseas suppliers. Customers can enjoy more than 80 million international selections from Amazon in the United States, Germany, Spain, France, the United Kingdom and Italy. The categories that open direct mail include shoes, clothing, mother and baby, nutrition and health, and personal care.

2. Systematic logistics chain

Amazon has centralized the scattered information flow and logistics of suppliers and customers through the layout of large-scale storage and operation centers, exerting the scale effect, reducing the operating cost of the entire supply chain, and ultimately defeating competitors and grabbing more market share. Amazon China has one of the largest and most advanced operation networks in the industry. It currently has 15 operation centers, located in Beijing (2), Guangzhou (2), Chengdu (2), Wuhan, Shenyang, Xi’an, Xiamen, Kunshan, Shanghai, Tianjin, Harbin, and Nanning. It is mainly responsible for receiving goods from manufacturers, warehousing, inventory management, order delivery, transfer delivery, customer returns, return to the factory, product quality and safety, etc. At the same time, Amazon China also has its own delivery team and customer service center, which can provide customers with convenient delivery and after-sales service.

3. Scaled operation

Amazon has signed a memorandum of cooperation with China Free Trade Zone and Shanghai Information Investment Co., Ltd. The three parties will cooperate in cross-border e-commerce business in the free trade zone, and Amazon will carry out large-scale operations through the cross-border platform.
