(1) The email address and store name used by sellers on AliExpress shall not contain any information that violates national laws and regulations, infringes on the rights of others, or disrupts the operation order of AliExpress.
(2) Unless AliExpress agrees in advance, only sellers from mainland China can register a seller account on AliExpress. Sellers from mainland China shall not use false information to register overseas buyer accounts on AliExpress. If AliExpress has reasonable grounds to suspect that a seller from mainland China has used false information to register an overseas buyer account on AliExpress, AliExpress has the right to close the buyer’s membership account. AliExpress also has the right to punish the seller based on the violation.
(3) AliExpress has the right to terminate and recall accounts that have failed identity authentication and have not logged into AliExpress or TradeManager for one consecutive year.
(4) If a user’s account on AliExpress is closed due to serious violations, he or she shall not re-register an account; if it is found that he or she has re-registered an account, AliExpress will close the membership account.
(5) The email address used by the user to register on AliExpress must be the registrant’s own email address, and AliExpress has the right to verify the email address.
(6) AliExpress member IDs are automatically assigned by the system and cannot be modified.
(7) If the seller has passed the authentication (Alipay real-name authentication, ID card authentication or other authentication required by AliExpress), the AliExpress account cannot be unbound from personal identity information regardless of whether it is activated or not.
(8) A member can only have one AliExpress account that can sell goods (AliExpress account refers to the primary account).
(9) It is prohibited to rent, lend or transfer member accounts; if such behavior occurs, all risks and responsibilities arising therefrom shall be borne by the member, and AliExpress has the right to close the member account.
(10) If a paid member of a Chinese supplier has his account closed on the Alibaba.com platform due to serious violations, the relevant services or products of the AliExpress platform will also be discontinued at the same time.
