Ozon Seller App allows you to manage and sell based on your phone. Ozon has added a new tool for personal accounts, so you can trade easily even when your computer is not around. This article will write about the tutorial for using the ozon seller app.

In the app, you can learn:

Query sales analysis information and track competitive positions;

Determine replenishment, cancel orders or divide them into multiple goods;

Create and edit product cards, prices and inventory;

Communicate with customer service and buyers;

Add products to marketing campaigns;

Reply to buyers’ reviews and questions;

Switch between multiple accounts.

Note: Currently, China only supports the iOS version of the app

If you have multiple user centers registered with the same mailbox, you can switch between them at will in the menu. No need to log in to an account.

If your user center is registered with different email addresses, you can:

Log in from one account to another using your account and password.

In the first user center, grant administrator rights to the registered email of the second user center. After that, you can switch between different user centers in the menu.

Example:

There are two user centers: one is registered with magazin1@mail.Ru, and the other needs to be registered with magazin2@mail.Ru. If you want to switch to a user center in the menu, do the following:

1. Go to the magazin1@mail.Ru registered user center through a browser.

2. Grant magazin2@mail.Ru mailbox administrator rights in the Settings → Employees section.

After you activate your account according to the link sent to magazin2@mail.Ru, “Active” will appear next to the address in the Employees tab.

Set push notifications:

You can choose which push notifications you receive on your phone. So please select the desired topic in “Menu → Notification Settings”:

Ozon News;

Messages from Buyers;

Customer Service Responses;

Buyer Reviews.

How to view store statistics?

You can see quality standards, goods statistics, sales charts and accrued amounts on the home page of the application.

Sales Chart:

You can see sales charts for up to 14 days on the home page. If you want to query detailed information for a certain day, click on the required column and press. You will see the total amount of products purchased and delivered. Ozon compares these figures with the data of the previous period. The following indicators show:

Purchased – on the selected day The total amount of products purchased by the customer.

Delivered – the total amount of products purchased and received by the buyer on the selected day.

Accounted Amount:

You can see the accrued amount you received during this period in your finances.

Order Management

1) Track Shipments

All orders are displayed on Shipments → From My Warehouse.

Own warehouse orders can be classified according to the following situations:

“Waiting for Replenishment”

“Waiting for Shipment”

“In Transit”

“Disputed”

“Delivered”

“Canceled”

Next to the order, the remaining replenishment and transportation time are displayed.

2) Confirm the replenishment order

To replenish the order:

Please go to the Goods tab.

Please select the filter to be replenished.

Please click on the replenishment goods or scroll to the right on the desired order.

After that, the goods situation will be adjusted to waiting for transportation and the buyer will receive a notification that the order has been accepted.

3) Divide the order into several goods:

Or if the goods in the order cannot be loaded in one package, you can divide it into multiple goods when replenishing. Therefore, please click the three dots in the following page → Divide into multiple parts.

If there are two goods:

Please transfer the unloaded products from the first goods to the second goods;

Please reduce the first The number of products in the shipment.

If you need to add one more shipment, click Create New Shipment.

When all shipments have been assigned, click Done. The shipment status will be adjusted to Waiting for Shipping and the buyer will receive a notification that the order has been accepted.

4) Check the shipment contents

You can scan the barcode and check the products in the package. So:

①Click on the upper right corner of the shipment

②Point the camera at the Ozon barcode on the package to bring it into the selected area.

5) Change realFBS order information

You can confirm the replenishment of the order in the realFBS solution and switch the shipment status: in transit, in the courier delivery or conditional delivery. Change order status:

Please move to the shipment.

Select the desired shipment and swipe right.

To confirm the situation, click Change.

You can also update the information on the shipment page.

6) Cancel the order

If the ordered product is damaged or out of stock, you can cancel the shipment. So:

Go to the Goods tab.

Select the filter for To be replenished or Waiting for shipment.

Select the goods, click the three dots → Cancel the goods or scroll to the left.

Please specify the reason for the cancellation: for example, “defective” or “product sold out”.
