STO Priority Express

STO priority express delivery project mainly targets high-value and time-sensitive items, covering more than 200 countries and regions. The entire process can be tracked, and receipt can usually be signed for within 4 to 7 working days in major countries and regions, ensuring timely delivery of the items.

STO Post Parcel

STO Post Parcel is suitable for items that are particularly difficult to post, such as food and medicine. This service has good customs clearance characteristics and can be delivered to remote areas. Although live products are not accepted, full package tracking services are available on the company’s official website.

Insurance Claims:

  • If the package is not received within 60 days from the date of delivery, you can apply for compensation. Different compensation standards are set based on the postal reasons and the carrier’s reasons.
