How to efficiently create a store’s FLEXI COMBO activity to increase sales

FLEXI COMBO is a tool designed to provide sellers with flexible promotion strategies, allowing merchants to attract consumers by setting discounts for the entire store or for some products. This type of promotion allows merchants to set discounts based on the quantity or amount of purchases made by customers, providing a convenient way to increase sales.

Steps to create a FLEXI COMBO activity

In order to create an effective FLEXI COMBO campaign, sellers need to follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to Seller Center: First, merchants need to access the platform and log in to obtain the corresponding management permissions.

2. Enter the event management page: In the Seller Center, click “Promotions” and then select “Flexi Combo” to enter the event management area.

3. Create new promotion: Click the “Create new Promotion” button to start the campaign creation process.

Two offer types of FLEXI COMBO

FLEXI COMBO is mainly divided into two types, namely Full discount type and Full discount type. Merchants can choose the appropriate method according to their own marketing needs.

• Full discount type: Including discounts for a certain number of items and a certain amount of money.
• Discount upon purchase: Including discount for the number of items purchased and discount for the purchase amount.

Detailed operation process

1. Select Promotion Type: Select the “Full Discount, Multi-item Offer” option from the marketing section.

2. Create Promotion: Click the “Create New Promotion” button to start setting up relevant information.

3. Fill in the promotion information: For store-wide multi-item multi-discount promotions, fill in the relevant information according to the prompts on the page, and then click “OK” to submit.

4. Special product settings: If discounts are only provided for specific products, after filling in the required information, the system will guide you to select the corresponding products.

   • If there are a large number of SKUs, you can choose to download the template, fill in the SKU of the product and upload it through the “Upload excel” link.
   • For a small number of SKUs, just use the “Manual Add Product” button to manually add products.

Discount type of coupon

When setting up discounts, merchants can choose from the following types:

• How much discount will be given for the quantity of items?;
• How much discount will be given if the amount is reached?;
• The amount of discount will be as much as the number of items purchased;
• Deduction for any amount you spend.

Please note that merchants can only set up one store-wide “multiple items and multiple discounts” activity within the same time period, but for special products, multiple ones are allowed.
