Paytm Mall shipping process and overseas warehouse guide

When performing shipping operations on the Paytm Mall platform, sellers need to follow a series of steps to ensure that orders can be delivered to buyers smoothly. In addition, there are specific guidelines that need to be followed for sellers who wish to take advantage of overseas warehouse services.

Domestic shipping process

  • Sellers first need to click the “To acknowledge” button to confirm the received order, and can choose to download order information CSV files in batches for subsequent processing.

Fill in the logistics order number

  • Next, the seller should click the “Enter AWB” button. This step is required whether uploading tracking numbers individually or in batches.

  • When an order is marked as “To Pack”, sellers can download PDF files by selecting multi-ticket orders, although these files do not need to be printed.

Request sorting

  • For orders that need to be picked, sellers can select “To Request Pickup” from the drop-down menu and then select multiple orders through the checkboxes.

Mark shipping

  • Finally, the seller needs to click the “Mark Shipped” button to hand over the goods to the logistics carrier.

Batch mark shipment

  • If multiple orders need to be processed at the same time, the seller can also select multiple orders through the checkboxes and click “Mark Bulk Shipped” from the drop-down box to complete the marking for shipment at one time.

Introduction to overseas warehouse services

Create an overseas warehouse account

  • Sellers who want to use Paytm Mall’s overseas warehouse service first need to apply for a dedicated overseas warehouse account. This process requires providing a new email address and may take 2 working days to complete.

Create product PID

  • After successfully establishing an overseas warehouse account, the seller can start to create product PIDs intended to be stored in the overseas warehouse. Each PID will correspond to the direct-shipment products in the seller’s existing store.

Shipping and packaging

  • When preparing to ship to overseas warehouses, sellers need to pay attention to the packaging and labeling of products. All products should be individually packaged according to their PID and properly labeled.

Tag filling

  • The information on the label should accurately reflect the actual size and other relevant information of the product, but some fixed fields cannot be modified at will.

Stock transfer order (STN) and FORM3 form

  • In order to ensure that products can be put into storage smoothly, sellers also need to prepare inventory transfer notes (STN) and FORM3 forms, and fill in the relevant content based on the actual delivery situation.
