In addition, there are specific guidelines that need to be followed for sellers who wish to take advantage of overseas warehouse services.

Introduction to overseas warehouse services
Create an overseas warehouse account
- Sellers who want to use Paytm Mall’s overseas warehouse service first need to apply for a dedicated overseas warehouse account. This process requires providing a new email address and may take 2 working days to complete.
Create product PID
- After successfully establishing an overseas warehouse account, the seller can start to create product PIDs intended to be stored in the overseas warehouse. Each PID will correspond to the direct-shipment products in the seller’s existing store.
Shipping and packaging
- When preparing to ship to overseas warehouses, sellers need to pay attention to the packaging and labeling of products. All products should be individually packaged according to their PID and properly labeled.
Tag filling
- The information on the label should accurately reflect the actual size and other relevant information of the product, but some fixed fields cannot be modified at will.
Stock transfer order (STN) and FORM3 form
- In order to ensure that products can be put into storage smoothly, sellers also need to prepare inventory transfer notes (STN) and FORM3 forms, and fill in the relevant content based on the actual delivery situation.
