Setting-in process

Step one: Enter the Seller Center backend

First, sellers need to visit the official website of Paytm Mall, enter the Seller Center backend, and select the “Chinese Seller Registration” entry in “International Sellers”.

Step 2: Submit company information

Fill in or upload company-related information on the designated page, including but not limited to business license, company name, scanned copy of the legal representative’s ID card and other documents.

Step 3: Waiting for review

After submitting the information, it will be reviewed by Paytm Mall staff. Under normal circumstances, it can be completed within 1 to 3 working days.

Step 4: Set account password

After passing the review, the seller will receive an email containing registration success information and can set the account password through this email.

Step 5: Obtain MID number

After completing the above steps, the seller will obtain a MID number (Merchant ID), which is the basis for subsequent operations.

Step 6: Brand Certification

After having the MID number, the seller can submit an application for brand certification as needed. The materials required include brand qualification certificate, authorization letter, etc.
